Responsibilities

- Automate test cases and contribute towards enhancing automation frameworks.
- Guides team and mentors them on all aspects of testing and quality improvements.
- Involve & participate actively in defect analysis, drive RCA and bring them to closure.
- Set up quality goals and drive them to success.
- Applies "Test Pyramid" model and ensures quality is built-in across Product life cycle.
- Constantly evaluate, research and perform PoCs for new tools & solutions resulting in higher productivity, efficiency and positive business outcomes.
